The following were the rankings of the top 10 Maine counties based on the number of Local Government jobs added to All Industries in April 2021:
- Cumberland: 79
- York: 62
- Washington: 10
- Androscoggin: -1
- Knox: -5
- Oxford: -9
- Lincoln: -20
- Hancock: -22
- Somerset: -27
- Penobscot: -47
