According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2021, Texas added the highest number of jobs to the local government goods-producing industry (90), followed by Maine (50), and Oregon (20).

On the other hand, Ohio added the least number of jobs (-61), followed by Massachusetts (-58), and Illinois (-45).
