According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2021, Alaska added 324 number of jobs to the local government service-providing industry. Among Alaska counties, Nome added the highest number of jobs (259), followed by Bethel (69), and Matanuska-Susitna (26).
