According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in November, 2019, California added the highest number of jobs to the local government service-providing industry (13,984), followed by Texas (11,871), and New Jersey (4,945).
On the other hand, Utah added the least number of jobs (-242), followed by Mississippi (-125), and Illinois (-50).
