  4. Montgomery: 1,119
  5. Summit: 851
  6. Lucas: 722
  7. Butler: 462
  8. Stark: 420
  9. Mahoning: 335
  10. Lorain: 325

The following were the rankings of the top 10 Ohio counties based on the number of Local Government jobs added to the 1021 Trade, transportation, and utilities Industry in March 2020:

  1. Franklin: 17
  2. Cuyahoga: 6
  3. Knox: 5
  4. Clark: 4
  5. Stark: 4
  6. Richland: 3
  7. Shelby: 3
  8. Allen: 2
