According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2021, Kansas added the highest number of jobs to the local government water, sewage and other systems industry (10), followed by Vermont (9), and Nevada (5).

On the other hand, Texas added the least number of jobs (-95), followed by California (-61), and Missouri (-45).
