According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in February, 2019, Illinois added the highest number of jobs to the local government heavy and civil engineering construction industry (54), followed by Oregon (32), and Louisiana (14).

On the other hand, Ohio added the least number of jobs (-43), followed by Maine (-30), and Missouri (-21).
