According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in July, 2020, Minnesota added the highest number of jobs to the local government highway, street, and bridge construction industry (), followed by Ohio (86), and Texas (77).

On the other hand, Virginia added the least number of jobs (-43), followed by Tennessee (-33), and Louisiana (-16).
