According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2021, Louisiana added the highest number of jobs to the local government transit and ground passenger transportation industry (743), followed by California (279), and South Carolina (148).

On the other hand, New York added the least number of jobs (-501), followed by Texas (-416), and Minnesota (-277).
