According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2019, New Jersey added the highest number of jobs to the local government support activities for transportation industry (34), followed by Illinois (29), and Virginia (15).

On the other hand, Washington added the least number of jobs (-84), followed by California (-61), and New York (-38).
