According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in July, 2019, West Virginia added the highest number of jobs to the local government lessors of real estate industry (), followed by New York (149), and California (42).

On the other hand, South Carolina added the least number of jobs (-19), followed by Oklahoma (-16), and Maine (-8).
