According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2020, Minnesota added the highest number of jobs to the local government lessors of real estate industry (), followed by Montana (9), and Missouri (8).

On the other hand, New York added the least number of jobs (-173), followed by Indiana (-62), and West Virginia (-58).
