According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in February, 2021, Louisiana added the highest number of jobs to the local government lessors of real estate industry (32), followed by West Virginia (32), and California (9).

On the other hand, New York added the least number of jobs (-87), followed by Montana (-31), and Indiana (-19).
