According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in February, 2020, New York added the highest number of jobs to the local government elementary and secondary schools industry (9,237), followed by Texas (6,340), and California (5,295).

On the other hand, Maine added the least number of jobs (-465), followed by Vermont (-183), and Rhode Island (36).
