According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in October, 2019, California added the highest number of jobs to the local government food services and drinking places industry (73), followed by Michigan (10), and Indiana (6).

On the other hand, Connecticut added the least number of jobs (-27), followed by Oregon (-26), and Tennessee (-16).
