According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in October, 2021, California added the highest number of jobs to the local government other services, except public administration industry (422), followed by Tennessee (66), and Massachusetts (38).

On the other hand, Utah added the least number of jobs (-26), followed by Idaho (-26), and Montana (-21).
