United States Payroll Employment By State for The Local Government Executive Legislative And General Government Industry in August, 2019

According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2019, Michigan added the highest number of jobs to the local government executive, legislative and general government industry (556), followed by Montana (255), and Washington (209).

On the other hand, New Jersey added the least number of jobs (-3,080), followed by Maryland (-3,046), and Pennsylvania (-2,240).
