According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in October, 2020, Massachusetts added the highest number of jobs to the local government justice, public order, and safety activities industry (830), followed by New York (651), and Maryland (580).

On the other hand, Pennsylvania added the least number of jobs (-94), followed by Washington (-74), and Idaho (-53).
