According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in July, 2019, Massachusetts added the highest number of jobs to the local government administration of human resource programs industry (882), followed by New York (394), and Tennessee (51).

On the other hand, Oregon added the least number of jobs (-3,226), followed by Vermont (-1,569), and Texas (-583).
