According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in July, 2021, Louisiana added 778 number of jobs to the private goods-producing industry. Among Louisiana counties, Lafayette added the highest number of jobs (314), followed by Lafourche (268), and St. Tammany (206).
