According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2020, New Jersey added 19,552 number of jobs to the private goods-producing industry. Among New Jersey counties, Essex added the highest number of jobs (2,267), followed by Bergen (1,802), and Passaic (1,593).
