According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in June, 2019, Alaska added 7,394 number of jobs to the private service-providing industry. Among Alaska counties, Anchorage added the highest number of jobs (1,213), followed by Kenai Peninsula (1,048), and Denali (760).
