According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2021, Missouri added -2,425 number of jobs to the private service-providing industry. Among Missouri counties, St. Louis city added the highest number of jobs (1,442), followed by Cass (724), and Nodaway (149).
