According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2021, California added the highest number of jobs to the private forestry and logging industry (51), followed by Maine (39), and Arkansas (24).

On the other hand, Georgia added the least number of jobs (-77), followed by North Carolina (-46), and Washington (-41).
