According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in October, 2021, South Carolina added the highest number of jobs to the private forestry and logging industry (79), followed by Virginia (66), and Pennsylvania (46).

On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-55), followed by North Carolina (-38), and Maine (-35).
