According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2020, California added the highest number of jobs to the private construction of buildings industry (19,642), followed by Pennsylvania (15,103), and New York (13,369).

On the other hand, Texas added the least number of jobs (-112), followed by New Mexico (-94), and Louisiana (21).
