According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in May, 2020, California added the highest number of jobs to the private heavy and civil engineering construction industry (8,366), followed by Pennsylvania (8,137), and Minnesota (5,838).

On the other hand, Georgia added the least number of jobs (-996), followed by Louisiana (-581), and New Mexico (-388).
