According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2021, New York added the highest number of jobs to the private heavy and civil engineering construction industry (753), followed by Indiana (637), and California (632).

On the other hand, Minnesota added the least number of jobs (-795), followed by Georgia (-586), and North Dakota (-349).
