According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in July, 2021, North Dakota added the highest number of jobs to the private heavy and civil engineering construction industry (1,563), followed by Ohio (987), and West Virginia (732).

On the other hand, Florida added the least number of jobs (-351), followed by Connecticut (-298), and Louisiana (-170).
