According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2019, California added the highest number of jobs to the private other heavy construction industry (353), followed by Texas (165), and New York (156).

On the other hand, Georgia added the least number of jobs (-70), followed by Colorado (-69), and Florida (-58).
