According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in July, 2019, Delaware added the highest number of jobs to the private other heavy construction industry (), followed by New York (222), and Virginia (92).

On the other hand, Louisiana added the least number of jobs (-787), followed by Texas (-475), and South Carolina (-165).
