According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in October, 2021, Louisiana added the highest number of jobs to the private other heavy construction industry (1,344), followed by Texas (498), and Alabama (283).

On the other hand, Nebraska added the least number of jobs (-160), followed by Michigan (-128), and California (-72).
