According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in October, 2020, North Carolina added the highest number of jobs to the private beverage and tobacco product manufacturing industry (565), followed by Florida (392), and Texas (219).

On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-663), followed by Illinois (-108), and Alabama (-100).
