According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in July, 2019, Kansas added the highest number of jobs to the private textile mills industry (), followed by Georgia (186), and Maryland (42).

On the other hand, Rhode Island added the least number of jobs (-416), followed by Florida (-178), and Massachusetts (-90).
