According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in February, 2019, North Carolina added the highest number of jobs to the private fiber, yarn, and thread mills industry (103), followed by Georgia (41), and Tennessee (27).

On the other hand, South Carolina added the least number of jobs (-569), followed by Virginia (-11), and New Jersey (-6).
