According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, 2019, South Carolina added the highest number of jobs to the private fiber, yarn, and thread mills industry (502), followed by Illinois (5), and Virginia (3).

On the other hand, Tennessee added the least number of jobs (-156), followed by Georgia (-92), and North Carolina (-56).
