According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in July, 2019, Maryland added the highest number of jobs to the private fabric mills industry (18), followed by Virginia (12), and Illinois (6).

On the other hand, Rhode Island added the least number of jobs (-253), followed by North Carolina (-159), and Georgia (-65).
