According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in July, 2020, Connecticut added the highest number of jobs to the private apparel manufacturing industry (), followed by New York (836), and Pennsylvania (218).

On the other hand, Alabama added the least number of jobs (-173), followed by Tennessee (-141), and North Carolina (-110).
