According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2021, California added the highest number of jobs to the private apparel manufacturing industry (343), followed by Massachusetts (69), and Texas (49).

On the other hand, Washington added the least number of jobs (-59), followed by South Carolina (-41), and Tennessee (-39).
