According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2019, Missouri added the highest number of jobs to the private footwear manufacturing industry (13), followed by Oregon (10), and Tennessee (10).

On the other hand, Arkansas added the least number of jobs (-27), followed by Georgia (-26), and California (-25).
