According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2021, Maine added the highest number of jobs to the private footwear manufacturing industry (136), followed by California (13), and Missouri (7).

On the other hand, Arkansas added the least number of jobs (-45), followed by Georgia (-40), and Texas (-25).
