According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in October, 2021, Maine added the highest number of jobs to the private footwear manufacturing industry (78), followed by Georgia (70), and Missouri (69).

On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-22), followed by Oregon (-11), and New York (-2).
