According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2021, Pennsylvania added the highest number of jobs to the private petroleum and coal products manufacturing industry (33), followed by North Carolina (29), and Georgia (27).

On the other hand, Florida added the least number of jobs (-79), followed by Texas (-73), and Indiana (-71).
