According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in September, 2021, Alabama added the highest number of jobs to the private petroleum and coal products manufacturing industry (13), followed by Nevada (12), and New York (10).

On the other hand, Texas added the least number of jobs (-146), followed by Indiana (-104), and Louisiana (-80).
