According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in November, 2020, Alabama added the highest number of jobs to the private petroleum and coal products manufacturing industry (17), followed by West Virginia (17), and Oklahoma (12).

On the other hand, California added the least number of jobs (-397), followed by New York (-324), and Texas (-297).
