According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in January, 2021, New York added the highest number of jobs to the private chemical manufacturing industry (360), followed by Pennsylvania (334), and Indiana (328).

On the other hand, Texas added the least number of jobs (-342), followed by Illinois (-328), and Michigan (-258).
