According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in December, 2020, Illinois added the highest number of jobs to the private other chemical product and preparation mfg. industry (81), followed by Pennsylvania (70), and Wisconsin (54).

On the other hand, North Carolina added the least number of jobs (-77), followed by Virginia (-30), and Texas (-26).
