According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2021, California added the highest number of jobs to the private other chemical product and preparation mfg. industry (37), followed by Pennsylvania (30), and Colorado (25).

On the other hand, Michigan added the least number of jobs (-51), followed by Texas (-47), and North Carolina (-40).
