According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in April, 2019, Illinois added the highest number of jobs to the private nonmetallic mineral product manufacturing industry (625), followed by Iowa (604), and Minnesota (589).

On the other hand, Georgia added the least number of jobs (-230), followed by California (-164), and Kentucky (-71).
