According to recent data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, in August, 2021, New York added the highest number of jobs to the private nonmetallic mineral product manufacturing industry (50), followed by Maryland (46), and Kentucky (45).

On the other hand, Ohio added the least number of jobs (-251), followed by Florida (-213), and Pennsylvania (-166).
